Hello, been having this watch for years but never really thought too much about it, all i know is that it came from my grandfather passed down to my father. It still runs, if anyone know anything, let me know 😁

It is in silver and has the 19'' movement shape. What is the size of the movement?

Can't be from 1868 as the first Omega - with this movement shape - is from 1894. Could be a 16 "lignes" (French speaking Swiss "Sizes").
