A man walks into a bar and holding up a photo of his car on his iPhone shouts

“Can anyone tell me about my car?”

“It’s definitely a Ford “ came the first reply.

“Looks like it might a Ford Focus” came the second response, helpfully.

“But is it a manual transmission or an automatic?
What engine size does it have ?
Asks the man.

The room falls silent until one brave soul offers “it might help if you lifted the bonnet or gave us some pics of the interior. “

OP, the bad news is that this isn't Reddit, you need to make more of an effort. But the good news is also that this isn't Reddit, you will actually get accurate information from experts.

For another contemporary approach besides Reddit, I asked ChatGPT, showing your picture. Here is the answer:

Nice watch. From the dial details in your photo, it looks like a vintage Omega Omega Seamaster automatic dress watch, most likely from the late 1950s to early 1960s.
Key details I can see:
  • text: “Omega Automatic” with the Seamaster script above 6 o’clock
  • Case: Yellow gold or gold-plated round case
  • Dial style: Sunburst champagne dial
  • Markers: Applied baton hour markers
  • Hands: Dauphine-style hands with a central seconds hand
  • Crystal: Likely acrylic (typical for that era)
  • Strap: Modern brown leather strap (probably not original)

Typical specs for this type:
Most watches like this used movements such as: Omega Caliber 552 and Omega Caliber 562.
These were very reliable automatic mechanical movements used by Omega in the 50s–60s.

But, is that all reliable and true? No…

Haha, not Dauphine hands. Dial appears to be silver, not champagne. AI is very bad with vintage watches, I'm finding.
