Need help identifying Deville Co Axial as real or fake

Hi everyone
I’m new to the forum and need help.
I found this watch in a box of a family member’s belongings. Trying to find a serial or model number. But don’t see one.
Does anyone know of this is even real? The front has DeVille but the back has Speedmaster.
It looks amazing.
