Hard to answer for an older Omega like this. Are you buying it from a reputable preowned watch dealer? I’m guessing no original box and/or papers? Any info or documentation on how recently it was serviced?
The previous sales on eBay approach probably won’t work so well for an older Omega that isn’t a Speedy or Seamaster. Aesthetically the watch looks to be in decent condition. A new model Deville with an 18k gold case would probably be in the low 5 figures. For this one, I personally would think 3-4k might be a reasonable price but I would follow the old adage to buy the seller not the watch. JMO
