Need help. Anyone in south florida have extra gas storage containers.

    Hello everyone. Reaching out to my friends and now here in the forums just in case. Anyone in fort lauderdale miami area where i can buy some extra gas storage containers from you. Im trying to evacuate south florida and go to atlanta but im scared ill get stuck without gas. At least if i can have gas in containers. Ill make it to northern florida and i can pump there. Thanks everyone. Pray for us.

    Check whatever you can online for fuel stops as you plan your trip. A number of folks came up to NC from Ft. Laud. yesterday and said they had to stop 6-7 exits in Jax before they found any pumps with gas. So, don't count on N Fla. for fuel stop until you've checked.

    west coast is just as bad, gas is scarce in Tampa area right now. Costco had gas but a lot of other places were out. Be safe please

    I was able to get gas this morning in Hollywood with only a 20 min wait.

    Going to run some errands later and then lock it down.

    You may not hear from me after Saturday. I suspect power will be out and cellphone service spotty for a good, long time.

    Guys. Im going through weet of florida. Have some gas reserves. Thank God. Can anyone tell me what cities are plentiful in gas. Just in case.

    My friend is in Orlando and says no problems there.

    My understanding is that gas is tough to find on both east and west coasts (Tampa and points south).

    It will get much worse before it gets better.

    Sounds risky as latest projections show the storm turning eastward in the Atlantic and striking Denmark by late next week. :unsure:
