Do you have any knowledge if it's worth buying one or not?

Not sure anyone can really answer this question on your behalf. The truth is beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you really like this model and you can get one at a good price and you can afford it, then buy it, simple. The key is condition of the watch and the price asked and everything is relative to this.
