    Hello the community,

I need advice about this watch i ve seen on C24.
It's a 6202 (the 6 looks like a 5 to me but this is not the problem). The only problem i have with this watch is this dial configuration looks uncommon, I ve seen SS/Gold but it didnt look like this. The lack of T T with Swiss is OK for this old reference ? My question is, does this watch is legit ?

    Thank you for any help.

I’m betting that’s a service dial (and maybe hands) from the very early 60’s, particularly based on the font and spacing of the OCC text.

But I’m not nearly enough of an expert to be sure.

In any event, I’d ask for a movement photo. I’ve learned that the hard way.

I think it should have a TOG dial.

I searched and didnt find any reference about this dial, the dial looks legit but this configuration is so uncommon.
I think i will check for a classic Thunderbird 1625, way more common but more safe to buy too.
    Thank you all for help.

I think i figured it out. Could the dial be from an Oyster Perpetual non-date reference?

Cool one with this alpha hands

Looks like you found it ! This kind rebuild Rolex is a no no for me.

I will hunt a 1625 two tone SS Gold with a silver dial. Maybe if I have the chance to catch one 6609 i will go but i am not too optimist about it
