Hi guys, I was offered two Ernest Borel from two sellers. While they are both model Seagem 17 but the dial seems to be in quite different condition and design. May I seek your advice on which one to take (or both or none)? Both priced at around USD 150. The first one is from a seller new to me and the second one is from a seller I have dealt with a few times for vintage Titus.

In the absence of anyone more learned chipping in I will lend my two penneth worth as we say in Britain:).

They both look similar. Which one do you like best? Have either a service history? If not that $150 watch becomes a $300 watch if it needs one. Do they both keep time so you could hold out on servicing for awhile? Personally I wouldn't buy two and some may say there are nicer watches around for even the modest sum of $150, but if you like the style and patina $150 isn't going to break the bank.
