Need Advice if this is real or fake

Hello everyone! I am planning to purchase my first Speedmaster from a private seller and I have been very fond of the 3504.50 Broad Arrow. May I please seek some advice if this piece is a real and not a replica? Is there anything I need to lookout for when buying a timepiece like this? Seller told me there is no box and papers, watch only. The pricing is around USD$2635, is it a good deal? Your insights will help me alot! Thank you!

Ahh, Replica as in a 1957 Speedy Replica and not a replica from a china sweat shop factory right?

Looks good to me as well, but check the hour and minute hands for ageing/corrosion with better pictures. This is a common thing with some of the production series of the 3594.50
