Bunch of places. All depends what you are looking for. OEM you could try the Boutique or an AD or I've had good luck with Heuerville, Strapped for Time, Hirsch and a couple others

I just bought one from here. Custom made to fit me. I provided the size I wanted.

If you are in Europe, Cousins are excellent for low price, high quality straps via mail order.

I'm a fan of BandRBands in Brooklyn. Nice quality, good design, and a lot more reasonably priced than hodinkee.

I like these two. Martu is another good option and does very reasonably priced custom work. http://www.martuleather.com/store/c1/Featured_Products.html

Ashland Leather is having an incredible sale on Horween Shell Straps. $50off. They work side by side with Horween so they know their stuff. Also they make incredible wallets, but I’m sure some of y’all already knew that;)

Check it out. I just bought 2 straps.

I recommend NOSTIME. I have a bony wrist so I've been having all my straps made by him since a couple of years ago. Still using the first ones he made!
He is the guy who made the strap of the 2998 in the 60th speedmaster anniversary poster. Omega ordered it directly from him (pics from omega's website)

I recently had this exact strap made for my 105.002.
