Replacement bezel possibly, but love the way it looks with the seldom seen decimal bezel. Dial stayed dark, yet lume has gone a deep yellow. image.jpg

51 years on, and it looks as relevant today as it did then. Find another watch that has the same size/appeal/timeless appeal 50 years on... especially compared to something like a Rolex 6238

Moderate to strong jealousy is felt every time I see one of these.

Terrific looking Ed White, and I love that bezel. As much as the DON is the classic, it's really fun seeing the other versions.

WOW, seriously beautiful with that Dr's bezel. In fact, prefer it to the DON bezel

Thanks! Took a long time to find, but purchased right here through Kringkily this past summer. Waiting on my extract, which should be here this week. Interested to learn anything about the history here.

Although the pulsations bezel is vintage, I have no idea if it was original to this specific watch (and I assume it wasn't - but I guess the extract won't tell me that, either), but I love it anyway.

Love the dial on yours btw. Great looking watch.

Beautiful watch! Are you in the US - how did you go about ordering an Extract? The OB on 5th Ave told me they couldn't help me with it...

    If you email

    [email protected]

they will send you a form to complete, and will get the extract for you. $150, paid upon receipt of the extract.

Supposed to take 6 weeks, but I'm on week 8 now and still waiting...
