My new (to me) Seamaster De Ville

Hey Guys - just wanted to share my beautiful Seamaster Deville. Its a front loader so I won't have any more info until I get it serviced. However, I figured I would enjoy it a bit before sending it off! I get an alligator strap in tomorrow to change the current set up, which is not so much my style!

Seems to be running great and keeping time.

Anybody know if this is the era correct box?

Very nice watch!!! Dial is immaculate and case looks quite nice! These are such nice watches that wear so well, Love mine and wear it often. Also that bracelet is interesting, I'd love to see the clasp.

That looks great, good job! Is that the ~$730 one from ebay? If so, that turned out great! Consider getting some polywatch and polishing some of the worst bits out of the crystal to make it more wearable for the short-term. DEFINITELY get rid of that bracelet, those tend to cut into the lugs.

Yes! That's the one. Definitely nicer in person. I should be getting my alligator strap today and will do the poli for sure.

That strap looks great with that! That dial is super clean, and the case is in great shape, and those hands are great too. Now just send it to a good watchmaker and it'll be a fantastic addition to your wrist for a long time!

IF that alligator strap photo was on the ebay listing, my estimate would have been too low instead of too high!

I haven't heard of the other 2, but I have seen quite a few folks here that loved their experience with TMWatch. I've bought quite a few parts from him on ebay, and he always ships quickly!
