·Hello!
I joined the "Omega family" this week when I picked up a full set "Bond" seamaster 2531 from 1997/1998. I had been back and forth between a Speedmaster 3592 or a tritium dial 2531 for just over a year now and the price for this set was just right.
The watch was apparently serviced by a "watch maker" just over two years ago, but it seems to be gaining about +45 seconds / day - which is obviously out of range for an Omega - especially after reading about the accuracy of the ETA movement it uses. Should I bring the watch in for a "full service" or is this something that can be adjusted by a qualified person? I am not trying to be cheap - I am only curious. I will do what is best for the watch! 😁
I'm located in Stockholm, Sweden - and if anyone happens to have a suggested I would appreciate it!
Thanks,
/Alex
