My "new" Omega

Hello, everyone.
I'm new to this forum; you'll forgive the language but I'm the kind of Italian who speaks his own English.
I received as a gift from my grandfather this fantastic omega. As it doesn't have a box or any other information I'm not able to understand the year, the model, the reference etc. and, why not, the value (even if, given the sentimental value, far be it from me to want to sell it). It was given to me as a gift without a strap so I put on one of my own.
Thank you in advance.

If you need it, I am available to send more photos.

Marco

Hello Marco, welcome on board 馃榾

Your best bet would be to go to a watchmaker or a jeweller and have the caseback opened, as most information is on the inside of that or on the movement. From what I can tell, it looks right.

Thank you friend! so the goal is to open it, take pictures and come back to you. I trust this forum more than any jeweller.
