路For the record, I'm not making a negative comment by asking if it's a Watchco product. I've toyed with purchasing the exact SM300 more than once. Vintage appeal and near modern reliability.

I've got a proper 166-024, but couldn't justify spending the current price for a proper 165-024. Prices on 300s have been on a steady climb over the past few years. They've just become too dear for my desire and the WatchCo at roughly half the price made sense.
