My Grey Side strap "keepers" came apart, need suggestions

As you can see in the photo, my keepers have failed on this strap, the sliding one is gone, the captive one has broken loose on one side (visible in the photo). I love the strap, it has patina'ed nicely so I'm looking to replace the keepers in some way. Omega has been useless. I'm thinking some kind of aftermarket keepers, grey on color that would make do, or a strap maker repair person that could work up something.

Anyone have a suggestion? The strap is 18mm wide. Help!!!

I just checked - keepers are not sold separately.

Thanks Al for confirming
Good excuse to upgrade to the deployment + new strap 😁
I definitely considered this option, but I love my existing strap and how it has aged, so I'll only go this route if I have no other option (not to mention the deployant+strap is not cheap!).

Is the keeper leather and did it break at the point where it's sewn or somewhere else? If it just needs to be re-sewn, that should be a fairly simple job you can do by yourself. All you need is a thread and needle.

If the leather broke in a different spot, you could purchase a small strip of leather from Tandy Leather (if you have one in your area) and cut/sew to fit.
