    And then something to celebrate!

Many thanks to Kringkilly for making this happen. I asked him to find a 3570.50 for me in a certain price range and he found it within days.

Very, very nice. Kringkily really is top notch, and congrats on the 1498/1499 bracelet which I prefer over the more modern and wider ones.

I am actually a bit torn on the bracelet. The look is great but with no half links and only two "fine adjustment" holes in the clasp, it is a bit challenging to get it to fit perfectly.

Kringkilly will have something before you know it. Does anyone know if there is another clasp that I could buy for this bracelet that would have more adjustment holes?

I'm not so sure about the clasp, but I've heard of people using the half link designed for the 1560 bracelet and it fitting perfectly. I'm not sure about if the polished parts alight perfectly, but judging by the pics of the 1560 it looks like it should work. Hope this helps

Ah, excellent taste in watches AND scotch... well done. Try the Balvenie Caribbean Cask if you haven't already done so!

Thank you Brantster. The owner of the shop where I purchase scotch mentioned that I should try the Caribbean Cask as well. He says it is excellent! The Caribbean is next on my list.

@Flingit1200s, before you know it, you will fit the watch rather than it fitting you. That's when you start to look for the next one.

Thanks guys. It will be worn proudly and passed down to my son someday and maybe even to a grandson. The one I should thank most is my wife. Might need to run out for some Caribbian Cask and some flowers now that I think about it............

If you can't get a good fit, try wearing it a bit loose and putting some thin pieces of extra-thick moleskin inside the bracelet. Sounds stupid, but it totally works and is effectively invisible.
