My First Omega: Speedy Pro Sapphire Sandwich

Greetings Gents,

This longtime lurker recently registered, and I fear I may have caught the Omega bug [emoji6]! Accordingly, I hope to add a Seamaster 300 or Planet Ocean (LM LE?!) if the rest of my year goes according to plan. Kindly enjoy a few of the wrist shots I've been hoarding for the last 30 days or so as my humble thanks for the knowledge I've gained from this forum over the past year or so. At some point in the future I will be able to tell my son, "It started with a Sapphire Sandwich." Cheers!

Beautiful watch! I'm thinking of adding one of these to my collection down the road. The white ring doesn't bother me at all.

Congrats! I bought the exact same watch a couple of months ago and it hasn't been off my wrist since! Enjoy!

...and I'm going to coin the white ring around the dial the 'Lunar Eclipse' ring......OK maybe that won't catch on...

Congrats! my first Omega was the 3573.50 as well. If you're considering the seamaster 300 diver, I'd highly recommend it. even more so in blue. Though pictures never seem to do it justice, it's absolutely beautiful on the wrist

Take the watch off. Examine your wrist. Do you see any kind of mark, impression etc. where the watch was? If so then yes you've caught the bug. If not, keep checking each evening.
