This is a watch that was passed down to me when my father passed. I have been unable to find another one like it and I’m just looking for more information about this watch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Was your father member of a masonic lodge? The dial implies so

The movement caliber is right beneath the Omega symbol on the movement, but your photo is too blurry to read it. The serial number suggests that it was produced in the early 1960s, other members may be able to give you a more precise date. The dial appears to be a custom Masonic dial. There may also be numbers inside the case-back that give information about the case material and the "reference", or model.

The movement is a cal 268 as far as I can decipher - but with a wrong balance.
If it read 266 instead of 268 (can´t tell from the photo - take a loupe to confirm) the balance would be right.
The watch case is not Swiss made - it is a locally made contract case from Argentina - this de-values the watch quite a bit...

Now as it is confirmed to be a cal. 268 I can re-confirm my first statement: the balance is wrong. This is an earlier 2-arms balance wheras cal. 268 ought to have a 4-spoke balance...
