They might be both pie pans but are completely different case styles and wear very differently.
    Keep them both!

I once bought a dog-legged Constellation that came on a BoR of the rounded type:

I agree that the more angular type is more fitting for the dog-leg versions, but does anyone around here know about production dates? I've always thought of the above as an earlier BoR, whilst the angular one was later. It certainly looks completely off when you see it on 50's Seamasters and such.

Wow! It looks really nice! But I suppose the more angular lugs call for the more rectangular GoR design. Round works on this one though...due to being gold?

You have mentioned GoR before... What is "G"? :)

"Grains" of rice. I read someplace that "beads" isn't actually correct. Then again, I've never seen a pastry pie pan that is faceted either. Hmmm.

Hi there, friends! Alll you good souls who recommended the Grains/Beads of Rice to me...I've found a 1037 bracelet that has #555 end links. Do you think that will work on my pie pan here? That case back is 168.005, just to jog memory...I followed all the recommended links above but I'm still not sure if I buy the one I see whether it will fit!

It will not, as stated in another thread. I have a set of #555 end links, and they are 18.9 mm wide. They are meant for watches with 19 mm space between the lugs.
Look for end links #70 or #800.

    Best regards

Oh, damn it! Well, I ended up with that bracelet and those end links. I may have to do what you did and buy modern end links then.

How about 168.018? Would those 555 end links fit this one? Sorry to lean on you but I’ve not come across a written reference to see which cases need which end links and which bracelets. Help?

I'm pretty sure the .018 had 19mm lugs too

Damn it! The one I have that could use a new bracelet looks like the one below but my case reference is different. I’ll either need to get the proper end links for the pie pan or just find a 19mm watch in need of a G/BoR. Grrrrrrrr.
