Looks like a nice example to me.
How much are they asking?

Looks amazing with that grey strap and the dark calendar wheel!

I like how he treats the dial/hands

There was another Seamaster 120 service video, in that video the guy just puts down the watch dialside down onto the bergeon gel ... a great way to risk the lumes

Replacing a white calendar wheel for a black one- is that doable with original parts?

Yes, doable, there was also a seller for black wheels on eBay, they are $100+

I pulled the trigger and bought it! Thanks @COYI for your advice. As I mentioned somewhere else, I absolutely love how it wears - it's light and has the right size for me. Also the color of the lume is even better in person than on the photos.

Next up is trying to find a black datewheel for it - a quick eBay search didn't give me a result, so any suggestions are welcome 😀.

From what I've read in the thread some were produced with a black date wheel, some with a white. From the ones that I've seen, I think the black adds a nice touch. But I'm already very happy with what it is now.

Bumping this great thread as it’s literally one of my all time favourites on OF.

The fakes seem to be more prolific than ever on eBay, with a worrying number of dealers now offering these blatant counterfeits.

Thankfully I snagged this last week for a UK auction house. It’s just needs a good spa trip.

I wonder if this seller got fed up waiting for a bezel so decided to sell his soul to the etsy devil

it even comes with it's own authenticity card, maybe, on the card it lists all the authentic components next to check boxes, and only one is checked, the one next to gasket seal
At least they accept returns

What do we think about this one? I've been watching it for a little while now. Seems to look ok to my untrained eye:

It all looks present and correct and the flat link 1067 is a plus. I feel these SM120’s look much better on bracket than on strap.

The issue is the dial and hands. Although they’re genuine and original they’re not attractive. The lume is pale and dull, with no ‘pop’. It doesn’t draw me in.

If it was cheaper it could be a candidate for a nice relume and one could argue that with the bracelet it’s not a bad price. It’s is however the manual version, not automatic.

Personally I’d wait and/or pay more for a nicer dial.
