This ia a really fun post. Well done!

I don't want to restart any fires but do you take your speedy swimming?

Dont tell a watchmaker that you take it swimming at least- how quick could I void that warranty? Its a 3.0 bar watch so swimming or showering is only for someone that wants to spend $750-1500 on the repairs.

Awesome! We should all have 1 watch that we wear in this way, treat it as a tool watch. Unfortunately my speedy is a 145.022-69 so I use my Tudor Black Bay Black in this manner. I've had it for almost 4 years and love that it's aging honestly.

Keep wearing in good health!
Unfortunately you have a 145.022? Haha! I know you’re being facetious, but damn, I wish I had one of those.... I wish I even had a newer Soeedy Pro.

At the behest of the vintage section of the forum I daily my CK2451-7 321 Omega Chronograph... basically, it’s a 321 Seamaster before they started printing Seamaster on the dial:

People will disagree with me about daily wear of a 321, but if it needs a service I have a competent watchmaker on my side. The watch simply brings too much happiness to me to see it sit in my box😀
