Not to complicate the issue, but another option is to buy an Omega Two-piece Rubber Strap with a Foldover Clasp. I presently have both on my Hesalite Speedy and SMP300m during this Summer. Naturally, it reduces the weight, but I know some people prefer to only wear a stainless steel bracelet, NATO strap, etc. Best of luck in your decision.
Edit: the Foldover Clasps for the Speedy and SMP300m are different sizes and therefore are not interchangeable.

Oh I love the rubber and leather on my watches. However, for me they are the items I use to dress up or experiment with my watches, but the bracelet is my goto and it as to work. If I am paying just south of $10000 cad for a watch I feel I should not have to compromise.

I sold my Seamaster pro because the clasps (I went through two of them) kept malfunctioning, and because they are massive. Not for me. I now have the previous gen ceramic version and I absolutely love it. No microadjust but I don’t miss that.

Easy to find used in mid 3k range US.
And that glossy dial is gorgeous!

Swapping between bracelets and strap is always an option. It's actually funny, two decades ago a rubber strap on a nice watch with a suit would have been the wearer reminding everyone of their inner sporty nature (or bad taste if they weren't thr sporty type). These days it is so common for people to wear a smartwatch on rubber strap with a suit without thought, that wearing a nice watch on rubber is actually both dressy and somewhat mocking at the same time.
