As usual, very pleased with Longines Brand Heritage's email response - I sent some pictures of a new vintage 30L to them, hoping to get some inkling of its trace and possibly a brochure reference. Delighted to have received some nice information. Date: May 1967 Agent: Maclaine, Singapore (this watch is purchased in the UK, from an old timer.) And now for some pictures: And a brochure reference they've attached. Yup, ref 8903. Yup, gold hands match, cross hair at 'Swiss-made' the 2nd 's', all okay. So it's on page 23 of the brochure, how interesting to see so many similar models too!

Nice watch. I think that 1967 is the last year that they produced the 30L movement. Longines' heritage department is truly exceptional.
