Movement identification assistance

Friends, I decided to gently open this old Austin watch and check out the movement. Pic is attached. The only identifying mark is the UTC 27. My internet journey points to a Savoie movement perhaps, but I know nothing about it. Any ideas?

I think you have a slightly downgraded (17 jewels vs. 21 jewels) version of this French made movement.
