Movement ID help (UTI)

Just bought this watch for repair but won't have it in my possession until Nov. 3rd so don't have measurements yet, but does anyone by chance recognize the movement? Tried looking through ETA and AS on ranfft but no luck..

Dial, hands and case resemble the T17 Omegas from the 30s (could be a collaboration as UTI collaborated with many high end brands?) but the movement doesn't look familiar. Bonus if anyone can suggest where I can find a replacement sub seconds hand and/or what it should look like.

Many thanks in advance

I believe that may be a Recta "T" style movement, but I'm not super well versed in rectangular movements.
