Hi specialists, can you please take a look at this movement from a seller? Do you see, besides of the dirt?/rust from salt water??, anything "conspicious"? And did thee have been some repair on the case?

Its sold with a metal-bracelet...so are these marks on the case normal???

Looks like the lug has been soldered back on or reinforced...

The number on the lug should match the number in the caseback. Other photos also added for your comparison.
