Picked this up the other day and recieved today. It really is in spectacular condition. The only issue is the strap is pretty short so I want to replace. It has 20mm curved ends and the buckle drops to 14mm. Any suggestions for finding a replacement strap?

If you find one, please let me know. I have a Hirsch lizard that is an 18mm/14mm, and I have a vintage Universal band that is 18mm/13mm, but I've never seen a 20/14.

Just picked up this LeCoultre that has 20mm lugsand I have a 13mm original LeC buckle in the watch box.

Nice pick-up. That was a bargain.

    This strap isn't cheap, but it's a 20/14mm.

Will a curved spring bar work on that?

Was he referring to your post linking to it? I was hoping that a straight spring bar would work but it requires a curved one. In your opinion, will a straight end strap curve enough to work?

Good question. I think you'll have to experiment to know for sure about the fit.

I don't know. I've never seen it in an ad.

I just know that I liked enough to place a winning bid.

    Cool looking timepiece.

How about having one made? Using the original as a template and scaling up?

    One for Jan? Or Stevo?
