·I've decided that 42mm's is just too darn big for a 49mm wide wrist. It's width is practically a 1/3 the width of my wrist!
So... I'm going to move this one on...
Up for sale is a 1960's Movado Super Sub Sea in excellent condition. The 146 HP movement is in impeccable condition, as you can see, and the chronograph functions all work correctly and reset properly. I would recommend a service, as I do not know when it was last serviced.
The sub dial hands are made of blued steel. There is a slight different in the lume color of the hands and dial. One suggestion is that they're replacements. Another is that they were originally lumed differently than the dial (perhaps from Zenith's factory). Other examples with the lume discrepancy exists in the wild.
One interesting thing to note. The lume actually still glows dimly in the dark!
I am uploading a youtube video of the watch, which I will add in time.
My price is $3500.00 + shipping via Paypal OBO. I am testing the waters. If you can defend a lower price, just let me know.
I live in the United States.
