Most Pure White Dial...

...solid, pure, white...
enamel, porcelain, like a deep white - not matte nor shiny just a perfect white.

What would be your suggestion?

Glashutte Original have some Meissen porcelain dials that probably fit the bill

Or the Junghans Chronoscopes and Nomos white dials, dont know if they are porcelain or not but they look dramatic

For a 1956 honeycomb dial, my Seamaster 2761 is about as white as it gets.

My SPB313, but the indices are glossy and off-white in color.

I can't say I've really paid close attention to the whiteness of dials, but this one comes to mind. A railroad-issued Citizen Homer Second Setting (i.e. hacking), from the 1970s.
