Most Pure White Dial...

My initial post stems from looking at white dial watches and realizing how interesting and varied the color is/can be... and besides variations in the base color there is gloss, matte and flat for effect not to mention how other choices affect the whiteness ~ font, color of font ~ size & placement / hands ~ size, etc.
Also material and processes - metal, plastic, enamel, porcelain, etc.

I've never really given much thought to white dial watches but wearing my wife's Seiko yesterday started me thinking about the color and how I've never really considered it for a watch for myself.

Can't find it currently but I recall a thread years back at the Rolex Forums where someone had asked about the truest white color Rolex dial and someone had replied with a certain serial DJ or OP (can't recall which) and then I went and looked it up and it was a very deep, rich, pure white.

I'm on a list for The "laurel" as well ... they are killing it with these dials!

Glossy not flat but I feel left out of this thread. She is very white.

Also, this one.

My old Universal Geneve FS MKII with pristine enamel dial.

And its older brother the FS MKI with an enamel dial that has aged.
