Mir - 365 Days Yellow Gold. This was a numbered series of only 7 watches. Each one spent a year aboard the Mir space station.

Any of the MIR versions belong to the top list. I would also add the original Apollo Soyuz and the 40Th anniversary Apollo 11 platinum edition (69 pieces if not mistaken)

Loving this thread... Always amazed me that one of the ugliest speedy's (Alaska project) only got popular hitching a ride on the gorgeous ST1. .... IMO
Not much love for that piece prior the ST release

This is not true...
It started to become hot shortly before and timing is coincidental, if anything

Oh right... Very coincidental. Watch finder had the Alaska project in the sale for 拢1200 in 2016. Now since the release of the ST its climbed to 拢10.000. It also took 8 years to sell out in the USA. So like I said, not much love prior to the release of ST.

Hitched a ride on the snoopy a year before the ST1, being the other white dialled watch for all the snoopy misser outers
