·Personally I will exercise some degree of snobbishness or moral ethics and say that it's not for me and too close to a UG (though this is a very rocky area in general, I understand). But I don't see why not if someone is just chasing the look!

·I find it too similar to the UG versions, esp. the panda, that it already borderlines being a fake imitation ala Prada - Prado. It kinda begs being named "International Geneve." They should have found a way to not make it too similar.

·I would have had no idea it's a replica of a UG, if not for seeing a thread here some time ago. I suspect most in this price point won't know.

·A dot over 90 and that accent would have been nice. I wonder if these bezels could be interswitched with UG or omega.
I think honestly if the bezel had been a perfect copy UG people might buy the watch to put on their real Compaxes... (missed opportunity? Maybe) Wait actually, aren't there repro UG bezels out there already?
I don't think people would put on their omegas, because the omega bezel is slightly larger. Probably back in the day the same people who made omega their bezels made for UG.

·I quite like it, although the PN sub dials are a little meh. I own a Dan Henry 1964 and its a well made watch for around £200.

·I picked up a 1963 a year or so back, its treated me pretty well as a grab and go 'beater' despite its lack of usable water resistance. For the price point I'm actually pretty impressed by the fit and finish, its been knocked about a fair bit and still looks as good as new! If you're into microbrands I'd recommend them

Considering 99.99999999% of the population wouldn’t know what they are supposed to look like.
And being a 39mm and not a 44mm like you would expect. 👍 ( was expecting 42-44mm for sure when I opened the link )
50 m waterproof so can stand a afternoon shower 👍
It’s a nice looking watch for $260
And sometimes it’s good to throw a watch that’s worth this much on and not have to worry about anything that you may do during the day.
