I picked up this watch while back because I loved the dial and the hands.

No name on the dial. The case back looks hand engraved as does the movement with MLG Co Swiss. 16 jewel unadjusted movement.

Any idea what it is?

 

Looks like an AS movement that someone hand engraved.
