Check the serial number, if it's from 1960 ~ 1964 it could be a tritium dial prior to the legislation standardizing the T mark.

A cal 564 with no T is a bit of a red flag for me and needs further investigation.
An early 168.005 with no T and cal 561 would be fine.
Do you have a movement pic?

It looks like a 14902 ref, not a 168.005. If it’s a 564, you in should pass. If it’s a 561, go for it.

I see five Ts. Which one is missing? Do you mean at the bottom?

The Seller made a mistake! It is a caliber 561 and not a 168.005.

@seekingseaquest you get a cookie, it is a 14902!

Movement serial ~1962, in line with a case back date of 1961. Case back gasket looks original, auto bridge looks like it has the correct 24j marks, rotor weight is original with some delamination around the edge. Rotor rub in the case back and on the rotor shows it's past due for service to the auto works. Movement has a couple spots but otherwise beautiful, bridges look like they belong together. Might have some excessive wear from lack of service. I have some reservations about the dial. If you like the dial, buy it.

What are your thoughts to the dial?
I’m thinking about to buy. 1100-1200€ should be ok, or?

The dial is damaged, and the photos appear to be tampered with IMO

This pic looks like it's was possibly stitched together from two pics, joined between the applied metal OMEGA and the first line of text. Could be an innocent thing, but I dunno. It's manipulation of the image for sure.

What's going on with the applied star above 6? There's some discoloration, I hope that's not glue from the star being reapplied to the dial. Minute hashes look sketchy at some places, could just be scratches on the crystal.

This is only a Problem of the zoom. I checked it again - my phone is not fast enough and I took the photo to fast. There seems to be a lot of little scratches on the Glas.

Looks like the picture may have been taken with flash. That’s not a good idea at close range.

The discoloration in the star and minutes hand look more like reflections to me.

However, I would not be spending that kind of money over the internet without proper pictures.
