Have another Speedy 105.012 out for service. Original hands with most of the lume crumbled out so now I have two options

    Replace with new hands
    or
Clean out what little lume is falling off/hanging on (very very little) and go with the original skeletal hands.

What say fans of the 50year (49) old speedy?

Have the original hands ru-lumed with aged luminous to match the dial.

I may vote to leave them alone and totally original.

    We need pics.

Do not leave crumbling lume. It will continue to crumble and then make it's way down into the movement. A professional re-lume to match your dial is the way to go IMHO.
