Metas testing question

Hi I’m looking at a watch I’ve seen someone has for sale and I can’t see any issues with it apart from they have a picture of the master chronometer card so I’ve put the details in the metas testing but nothing is coming up so I now have some concerns. The picture is a bit blurry but I think I’m putting the details in correctly. What do you guys think?
