METAS results not available on new SMP 300m

Hello all,

I received my new SMP today in the mail that I purchased from my Omega AD. Fourth new Omega from them. This one was a special order direct from the warehouse so it took 2 weeks to receive. The Omega website does not recognize the serial number and access code for the METAS results so naturally my mind is jumping to something bad. Has anyone else had this occur to them? I did contact Omega and they are looking into it but just curious if this has happened to others on here and if so, what was the issue?

I'm having the same issue with a white dial Seamaster 300 diver I just purchased through an AD. I contacted the AD as well as Omega, and they are looking in to it. Although they had no reports, I'm thinking the METAS portion of the site is down. Somewhat a relief to know it's not just me.

Wow very interesting. When did you receive your Seamaster?

Definitely a relief knowing this is happing to brand new watches. Gives me more confidence in my second hand buy (2021 dated). Hopefully it gets restored or someone gets back to you with this issue.

The Metas portion of the website works for me no problem when I checked one of my watches a few minutes ago (2020 dated planet ocean).

Got my tokyo seamaster 300 in early June, no problem accessing information

great to hear. What I find weird about yours is yours is dated to March 2021 correct? I can understand mine and Toolr (mine is working now by the way as of this afternoon) working the day after since our watches are brand new - maybe Omega had a delay in uploading the METAS data? But yours is weird bc it dates to March? Did my inquiry into Omega prompt them to look into all the troublesome ones and activate them??

unless you called Omega about your issue? Curious to know!

I messaged them through the website but they didn't get back to me.

It seems like that portion of the site was down while we were all looking, especially considering it works for everyone now.

Just inconvenient timing all around.

Received an e-mail from them today simply noting the problem was fixed.

So confirmed - issue with the website at the time.
