10-4 on that Cletus

I expected a lot of chatter about antiquated radio equipment and a few 10-4's in this thread. Goes to show what I know. 馃槣

Hi
I'm actually also wearing one of these this morning. I'll post that one later. Just one question concerning the movement number of these. THE Book (moonwatchonly) states, that the 105.012-66 were produced up to 1968. I've seen one on the net with a quite high number. And mine has a number in that area as well. Might it be possible, that some of these had these high number or is it highly probable that the movements have been switched? Maybe some of you who have a -66 can help.
Regards, Thomas

Hi Thomas,

Yes sure, I have recorded several 105.012-66 in the 25.44x range, until 25.448. Both CD and HF. But this high number does not mean later production / delivery.

For example mine is 25.003.xxx and was delivered February 26,1968, whereas the latest I have recorded, 25.448.xxx has a delivery date on December 19, 1967.

Ciao

Hi all,

mine is #24.957.xxx (far away 104 numbers from Apollo 8 astronaut Frank Borman NASA #63) and was delivered in Sweden on October 23,1967 ; the highest certificate I have seen is #25.447.xxx and was delivered in Venezuela on February 05, 1968 .

Ciao, Gino

That's very reassuring for my 25,404,xxx 馃榾

What Dennis really needs is a High End Quartz forum 馃槣

I'd have given that a "Like" if I didn't still have a sour taste from that Reverso debacle. 馃榿
