Marking on backside caselid 18k

Dear Omega forum users,

I just got a Constellation 168.029 offered, full gold edition. When checking the case lid for correct stamps and hallmarks I noticed an obscure Omega mark. The official Omega stamp should say Omega Watch co and have the correct case reference id stamped below it. This case lid has just a omega logo and no reference id below. I am unable to find any matching case lid on the internet. Does anybody knows this kind of caselid marking? The omega logo seems a bit off as well when zooming in.

Looks like a locally cased example.
Hallmarks are hard to see but look like Spanish makers mark and gold mark.

It seems a regular 168.029 to me, no hallmarks on the case are present (according to the seller) and odd markings on the backside of the case lid. Im curious for opinions.

Researching Spanish hallmarks, the assay office letter and makers marks/initials would be in a hexagonal contour, in this case M would be Madrid, beneath would be makers stamp. The small oval hallmark on the other side with unrecognizable animal? might be another hallmark. Others will know more than I.
