Marcel Renoir (Belforte) with black dial

Next up in the drawer clearing is one I had planned to share in the bargain thread, but I was weak.
Stainless Marcel Renoir- a house brand that was made by Belforte (Benrus).

Case measures 34.3x41x10.75 including the domed crystal (case itself is very slim).

The dial on this one is what made me buy it- it appears as a matte dark grey in sunlight but black in shade/indoors. Numerals and indices are raised and literally pop off the dial (pardon the dust on the crystal)


Bright yellow tritium lume triangles at 3/6/9/12 match the hands giving the watch a slight resemblance to a Railmaster (squint hard- you will see it). It winds, sets and runs very well keeping excellent time, but I have not had it serviced.
