Hi OF, For offer this time a fun and great looking Marcel & Companie manual wind skin diver, in nice condition. This is what we could call a good Frankenstein example. The stunning blue, tritium dial comes from a World Time GMT model from the same brand (as seen HERE), which was used to replace the standard dial that came on THIS Marcel & Cie skin diver. This offers the winning combo of awesome blue dial with much nicer skin diver case & bezel. The black tritium dial, which was original to the watch is also included in the sale (pictured below). The chrome plated case measures 37mm excluding the crown, 45mm lug-to-lug and 20mm between the lugs. It presents excellent proportions and is still amazing shape, with a clean shiny finish and no pitting or corrosion. There is some superficial scratching on the top left lug (which I've photographed very closely to fully disclose), that is barely noticed when worn on the wrist. The crown shows a bit more deterioration than the case, as seen on the photos, which is only noticeable when looking very closely. The stainless steel case back is clean and free of wear. The blue dial is the star here, with the tritium lume on the hour plots having taken a consistent, light orange patina. The hands have fully intact luminescent material with a lighter color. The plastic bezel fits tightly and is also in great shape, with complete text and markers and no scratches or dings whatsoever. The manual movement with date complication is clean, winds smoothly and works as indented, keeping good time. This Ebauches Bettlach (EB) caliber 8810 is a very basic Swiss made one jewel movement with a pin-lever escapement, produced 1960s-70s. These one-jewel-wonders don't really get serviced and just work until they don't. This one works fine, and you're not really buying this for the movement. It will come on a near new, Baltic tropic strap which is extremely comfortable and fits the look (and original function) of the watch perfectly. It's a shorter strap that would fit nicely on wrists up to 7". It also comes with the brand-less Jubilee bracelet (6.1 length) pictured below. Also in the package— another Marcel & Cie "Sportsmen" diver. This one can only be qualified as "running, for parts" as it does wind and and the time can be set. The crown is hard to operate and it doesn't fully go back in to it's closed position, and doesn't allow the date to be set. The bezel is loose and comes off easily and the chrome plated case has some pitting and corrosion. See pics!
