I noice there are several models out of stock on Omegas website. When you click on any of them it says "this product is no longer available" etc". Is that omegas wording for its available just not in stock at this time lol? https://www.omegawatches.com/en-us/...axial-master-chronometer-42-mm-21090422001001
According tot this « Make sure you join the waiting list. » i would say that means just not in stock at this time.
Omega often uses sloppy wording on their website. Some limited editions long sold out are tagged with 'Contact a Boutique about this piece', other current watches (like the brand new Speedmaster '57 line) have the label 'We're sorry, but this product is no longer available. Make sure you join the waiting list'. That would be very confusing to someone casually checking out these watches. They used to have a phrase saying that a watch was currently not available, but to join the waiting list, but that phrasing seems to have gone away.
You would think a company with that much prestige would have an English grammar person that could provide better wording. Currently vs no longer are two different things.
It's Swinglish...Swiss tainted English, and yes when reading various procedures and technical guides it can be a challenge, but you get used to it.
