Hi everyone, so I have a vintage Omega Seamaster. I have let the watch sit in my dresser for a week or so, and it has stopped moving. Should I, and can I, manually wind a vintage omega? Any tips are much appreciated. The crown does not screw out--it snaps out --and as far as I know that is the only position

 

No problem hand winding an automatic. 30-40 twists should give the mainspring a full charge.
