It's almost impossible to get perfectly-matching lume between dial & hands as Omega doesn't "bin" their service parts for orders from third-party watchmakers.
Mine are slightly off, but in real-world usage, not noticable.

·Missmatching dila/hands lume on watchco is mainly indicator of the eraly "original" Watcho`s from Australia...I have 2 pieces assembled in Europe (date &no date) and both are having matching lume.
