Lost my Bezel on my Speedmaster Moon

Sorry if this isn't the correct place to post this. I have a Speedmaster Moon, and I lost the complete bezel and insert. What are my options? My local jewelry quoted me $840 on a genuine replacement. Is that a reasonable price. It is a 311.30.42.30.01.005
if that matters. I appreciate any help you can offer.

Thanks all

Thanks, do you suggest going directly to an Omega store?

Was the local jewelry an AD, if so go to an OB.

Sorry, what is an OB? The spot I went to was not an official Omega dealer

IS it still under warranty? Omega has been doing a good amount of 'good will' repairs on drops/etc, so you might be able to send it into Omega service center to see if they'll just replace it for you.

The watch must be 6-8 years old. I doubt the warranty is that long. I would love to be wrong

Omega boutique but @ErichKeane's suggestion sending it directly to the Omega service center is even better.

A full service would actually be more appropriate.

Then they likely don’t have an Omega parts account and are having to find a bezel on the open market, which is generally more expensive because Omega restricts parts like this to authorized dealers.

Your cheapest (and best) option is to take it to an Omega boutique and they can order a genuine bezel for you. If you try to find one online, you will likely overpay or get a fake bezel.

Agreed. Probably time for a good service and then Omega would replace the bezel as well for whatever they charge.
