When I pulled the crown out on my pie pan Connie the crown popped off. I don't see a way to screw it down or get it to stay attached. I can push it back in but it will pop out again if I try to set the date.

 

Could be two different issues, both fairly simple fixes.

The male part of the winding stem, the part that goes into the movement is worn and/or the female part of the stem, the part which screws into the crown is worn.

I'd have both parts replaced to be safe.
