Loose Caseback - Go to repair/dealer in Houston?

I kept hearing something funny with my constellation and when I tapped the crystal I was hearing a rattle. The caseback was so loose I was able to tighten with finger nail. I don't feel like dropping $100 on a case opener just yet (not sure I would know how to use) as I am a rookie. Are there any go to watch guys (outside $$$$$$ retail shops) in Houston, Texas?

Tighten it with a rubber ball. Or buy one of these specialized rubber balls. Totally safe.
