Hi, I’m looking to replace the parts in the pics from my 6105a movement. The watchmaker that currently has it does not speak English as his primary language but expressed that he is having issues locating these parts. I thought I read that I can use a 6106 or 6117 as a donor movement, any thoughts? thanks!
I'm no Seiko expert but, the part numbers should be 112619 (barrel and train bridge) and 803615 (setting wheel lever): Don't buy donor movements as they will often have the same issues as your one. It's unusual to replace the barrel bridge (they often need bushing) but, if you search, you should find them new on eBay: https://www.ebay.co.uk/i/293343977931?Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-Seik...-6105-6117-6118-6145-6146-6159A/232418796412?Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network Good luck, Chris
