·I can't see much in those tiny photos (especially the bezel), but based on the description and what I can see (short index dial) it sounds like a Franken.

·In my opinion what they've done to it makes it attractive, but not desirable. The service hands would bug me every time I looked at the watch. For that price you could either have a good vintage piece (hang out in the sales forum a while) or a nice fresh speedy LE. Either option would hold value better and be more enjoyable
